Who these terms are with

These terms apply between you and Trips Escape (Proprietary Firm), operating the Trips Escape brand. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the booking or account features.

Our role as a booking intermediary

Trips Escape helps you search, compare, and request travel products. Unless a booking confirmation expressly says otherwise, we act as an intermediary or booking facilitator and are not the airline, hotel, resort, cab operator, or other travel supplier. The supplier is responsible for delivering its service.

Supplier rules, including identification requirements, baggage, check-in, schedule changes, cancellation fees, and service conditions, apply in addition to these terms. Review them before paying or confirming.

Availability, fares, and ticketing

Search results and quotes are not a guarantee of availability. A supplier may change a fare, tax, fee, room, or other price until the supplier confirms and, for flights, tickets the booking. Review the final amount before payment. A booking is confirmed only when the relevant supplier confirmation or ticket is issued.

Prices and offers

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include the taxes and fees listed at checkout, including any convenience fee. Supplier prices can change until the booking is confirmed; if the price changes before you pay, we show you the new price and ask you to accept it.

Payments and declined authorisations

Payment methods and checkout availability are shown at the time of use. A payment authorization or receipt alone may not mean that a supplier has confirmed a reservation. Do not submit payment details except through the designated secure payment flow. Payment processing is subject to the payment provider’s terms.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Changes, cancellation, no-shows, and refunds

Cancellations follow our Cancellation Policy and refunds follow our Refund Policy (tripsescape.com/cancellation-policy and tripsescape.com/refund-policy). Both form part of these terms. Supplier rules, including airline no-show rules, apply in addition.

eSIM and travel insurance

eSIMs are provided by our eSIM partner. If you buy travel insurance through us, it is offered through an IRDAI-licensed partner and issued by the insurer; Trips Escape is not the insurer, and the insurer’s policy wording applies.

Musafir AI suggestions

Musafir AI itineraries and destination suggestions are informational suggestions only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances and are not confirmed reservations, professional advice, or a guarantee of safety, access, price, or availability. Independently verify schedules, entry rules, health and safety guidance, and supplier details before acting.

Acceptable use and accounts

Provide accurate information, keep account access secure, and use the service lawfully. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit fraudulent requests, or provide information you are not authorized to share. We may restrict or suspend access where needed to protect the service, users, or legal rights.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Trips Escape is not responsible for a supplier’s acts or omissions, service interruptions outside our reasonable control, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law. Any permitted liability limitation applies only to the extent allowed by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, courts and tribunals with jurisdiction in Thane, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
