How do I book a flight or a hotel?

Search with your dates and travellers, compare the live results, then check the fare or room rules, the baggage or inclusions and the total price, including our service fee, before you pay. A booking is confirmed only when the airline or hotel confirms it; payment alone is not a confirmation. Your e-ticket or hotel voucher then appears in My Trips and in the e-mail we send you.

Is my booking confirmed once I pay?

Not by itself. A booking is confirmed when the airline or hotel confirms it. We show the status in My Trips. If we take your payment but cannot confirm the booking, we refund the full amount.

When do I get my e-ticket or hotel voucher?

Accepted Answer

Flight and hotel documents are sent within 24 hours of payment confirmation (usually instant). Holiday package documents are sent within 72 hours of payment confirmation. You can also open them in My Trips.

Where can I see my bookings?

Accepted Answer

Sign in and open My Trips to see your bookings, their status and their documents. Without signing in, use Find my booking with your booking reference.

How do I cancel a booking?

Open the booking in My Trips and choose the cancellation option, or e-mail us with your booking reference. Before we cancel, we show you the amount you will get back. The airline or hotel’s cancellation charges and our fee are explained in our Cancellation Policy.

How long does a refund take?

When the money is with us, we start the refund within 7 working days. When it is with the airline or hotel, we start it within 7 working days after they return it to us. Banks usually credit it within 5–7 working days after that. Our Refund Policy has the details.

What is the service fee?

It is our fee for the booking. It is shown separately before you pay, and it is included in the total price you see at checkout.

What is Musafir AI?

Musafir AI is our AI travel assistant. It drafts a day-by-day plan from your dates, budget and interests. A plan is a suggestion, not a booking; check timings and availability, or ask our team to help you book.
