Stay connected abroad without hunting for a local SIM. Choose a data plan for your destination, pay in rupees, and install the eSIM on your phone before you fly.
eSIM orders open shortly. Prices shown are our partner’s current plans; nothing can be ordered or charged yet.
How it works
- Choose a plan that covers every country on your trip for the number of days you travel.
- Pay securely with Razorpay. Your eSIM is ordered only after payment succeeds.
- Find the QR code, activation code and APN settings in My Bookings (we email you a secure link to it).
- Install the eSIM before you fly; it starts working as described in the plan.
Before you buy
- Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked.
- Trip start date must be within 100 days, and a trip can be up to 90 days long.
- An eSIM is non-refundable once issued. If it cannot be issued, you are refunded automatically.
Frequently asked questions
What is a travel eSIM?
A digital SIM you install by scanning a QR code. It adds a data plan for your destination without removing your Indian SIM, so you can keep receiving calls and OTPs on your regular number.
When should I install the eSIM?
Install it in India before you fly, while you are on Wi-Fi. Each plan description says when it starts working; most plans start when you reach a covered country.
Why do you ask for my passport number and date of birth?
Our partner Matrix holds the licence for international SIMs and needs the traveller’s name, date of birth, passport number and travel dates to issue the eSIM. We never ask for passport or ticket images. We send these details only to Matrix and store them encrypted.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
eSIMs are non-refundable once issued unless approved by our eSIM partner, so please check the plan, dates and your phone before paying. You can request a cancellation from My Bookings and our team will ask our eSIM partner. If we cannot issue your eSIM after payment, we refund you in full automatically.
Will my phone work with an eSIM?
Your phone must support eSIM and must not be locked to an Indian carrier. Most recent iPhones, Google Pixels and Samsung Galaxy S-series phones support eSIM; check your phone settings for “Add eSIM”.
