Web check-in, explained
What web check-in is, when it usually opens and which reference you need.
Web check-in lets you check in on the airline’s own website or app before you reach the airport, and choose a seat if your fare allows it.
Each airline sets its own window. It usually opens one or two days before departure and closes an hour or so before the flight; international flights often have different times. Check your airline’s website for the exact window.
Use the airline PNR from your e-ticket. Our booking reference is not a PNR and will not work on the airline’s website. My Trips shows both.
Even after web check-in, reach the airport early enough for bag drop and security, especially at busy airports and on international flights.
