Fare rules, baggage and cancellation: what to check before you pay
Read these three things on every fare before you book.
Fare rules: the airline decides whether a fare can be changed or cancelled, and what that costs. Cheaper fares often have higher charges or cannot be refunded.
Baggage: each fare shows its cabin and check-in baggage. Extra baggage bought later at the airport usually costs more than adding it while booking, if the fare offers it.
Cancellation: before we cancel a booking, we show you the amount you will get back. It is what you paid minus the airline or hotel’s cancellation charge, any part marked non-refundable at checkout, and our fee when you cancel. Our Cancellation Policy explains each part.
