Which documents to carry when you fly from India
Photo ID for domestic flights; passport and any visa for international ones.
Domestic flights: carry a valid government-issued photo ID with the same name as on your ticket, such as an Aadhaar card, passport, driving licence or voter ID. Airlines and airport security can ask for it.
International flights: carry your passport and any visa or entry approval your destination and any transit country require. Many countries expect your passport to be valid for at least six months from your arrival. Check the current rules with official sources before you book.
Keep a copy of your e-ticket or hotel voucher on your phone. You can open them any time in My Trips.
