About Trips Escape

Trips Escape™ and our AI travel assistant Musafir AI™ help you plan and book trips. We are an Indian travel booking service run by a small team in Thane, Maharashtra. On this website you can search and book flights and hotels, explore holiday packages and ask for an intercity cab.

How booking works. Search with your dates and travellers, compare the live results, then check the fare or room rules, the baggage or inclusions and the total price, including our service fee, before you pay. A booking is confirmed only when the airline or hotel confirms it; payment alone is not a confirmation. Your e-ticket or hotel voucher then appears in My Trips and in the e-mail we send you.

Prices. Flight and hotel prices come from a live search for your dates and can change until the booking is confirmed. If a price changes before you pay, we show you the new price and ask you to accept it. Our service fee is shown before you pay.

Musafir AI. Musafir AI drafts a day-by-day plan from what you tell it. A plan is a suggestion, not a booking; our team can help you turn it into real bookings.

Getting help. For help, e-mail support@tripsescape.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 72082 86616. Our team works Mon–Fri 9:00 am–6:00 pm, Sat 11:00 am–6:00 pm, Sun closed (IST). You can also find a booking with its reference on the Find my booking page.

Complaints. Our Grievance Officer is Kunal Jain, Co-founder & Grievance Officer. E-mail grievance@tripsescape.com; we acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days, subject to applicable law.
